  • Founder

    Brett is the creative force behind Playbook Consulting. She embarked on her professional journey with a Bachelor's in Applied Business and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University in 2010. After starting in her family's business, she explored various roles in Business Development, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance within the corporate sector. Relocating to Toronto, ON in 2015, Brett found her calling a couple years later at Strategic Coach, a leading entrepreneurial coaching company, where she spent almost 6 years fervently working with entrepreneurs and dynamic teams. In 2023, fueled by her passion for helping with impact and her experience, she decided to venture out and establish Playbook Consulting.

    With over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs and executives, Brett has accumulated a vast amount of experience across a wide variety of industries. She is certified in PRINT® and Kolbe, and is a master at elevating individuals and teams.

    Brett attributes her background in acting and involvement on many team sports as the driving force for why having key players and a collaborative teamwork matters so much for success.

    What sets her apart as a Coach and Facilitator is her Unique Ability – Using a blend of charm, curiosity, and playful energy that forges meaningful connections, adapts to any situation, and strategically unleashes untapped potential. She looks forward to working with you on your Playbook.
